Delivery times and areas
We ship to the whole Spanish mainland with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 working hours. Shipping is free above the amount shown during checkout.
We currently do not ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands. Times are indicative and may vary during high-demand periods.

We ship to the entire Spanish mainland via a courier company. The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours from order confirmation.
We currently do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or outside Spain.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart according to the destination and shown before confirming payment. Orders above the indicated minimum amount enjoy free shipping.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to check the delivery status at any time.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
To start a return, write to info@hortibloom.eu with your order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Once received and verified, we will process the refund via the same payment method.
Warranty and defective products
Our fixtures come with the manufacturer's warranty. If you receive a defective product or one damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
