Because it all starts with light
At HortiBloom we don't distribute third-party fixtures: we've been manufacturers since 2015, with our own factory, photometric lab and SMD assembly lines. That lets us do something very few can offer: build LEDs with the exact spectrum you want.
We understand that the ideal spectrum can vary for each crop, condition and genetics. That's why we tailor them to the requirements of our most demanding clients: we choose diode by diode, wavelength by wavelength, until we get the light your project needs.
The process
How we build your spectrum
- 01Made-to-measure spectrum designSpecialists in plant photobiology and spectrometry define the spectral curve according to crop, phase and production goals.
- 02SMD assembly with any diodeWe solder each diode directly onto the PCB with components from OSRAM, Samsung, CREE and other industry leaders.
- 03Build to orderSpecific spectra, sizes, wattages and custom wavelength combinations for every fixture.
- 04Programmable technologyVariable-spectrum systems with different channels, to tune the light to each phase without changing equipment.
- 05Lab validationOur own photometric integrating spheres verify output power, spectral footprint uniformity and PPFD consistency before delivery.
